Make Your Loan Payment Online (ACH Only)
Use our secure online payment portal to make a one-time loan payment directly from your U.S. checking or savings account via ACH (Automated Clearing House). ACH is the only payment method accepted at this time.
Why Pay Through Our Website?
Faster posting and fewer delays: Website payments are submitted instantly and typically begin processing the same or next business day, while mailed payments depend on delivery times and bill pay timing can vary by bank.
More control over your payment date: Choose the day you want to submit your payment rather than relying on mail delivery or a third party to send a check.
Reduced risk vs. checks: ACH payments avoid lost, delayed, or misdirected paper checks that can happen with USPS or some bill pay services.
Confirmation for your records: Receive an on-screen confirmation after you submit your payment as well as an email confirmation.
Convenient from anywhere: Pay 24/7 from your phone, tablet, or computer—no stamps, envelopes, or trips to the mailbox.
Secure and reliable encrypted transmission: Your information is sent through secure, encrypted connections.
Note: Many bank bill pay services send a paper check on your behalf. That means delivery still depends on mail times, and the payment may be delayed if the check is lost or arrives after your due date.

Processing times may vary based on banking networks, weekends, and federal holidays but in general payments submitted prior to 2:00 p.m. EST Monday through Friday will be processed as a same day transaction. To help avoid late fees, submit your payment on or before your due date and allow adequate time for processing.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
+ Can I pay by debit card or credit card?
Not through this website. Online payments are accepted via ACH from a U.S. checking or savings account only.
-
+ Is there a charge to pay my bill online?
Currently, we do not accept debit or credit card payments, therefore we do not charge a convenience fee.
-
+ Can I use my bank’s bill pay?
You may be able to, but bill pay often sends a paper check. If the check is delayed or lost, your payment may arrive after your due date. Paying on our website provides a speedy submission and confirmation.
-
+ Can I mail a payment instead?
If you choose to mail a check, allow extra time for delivery and processing. Mailed payments can be delayed by USPS delivery times and are not recommended for last-minute payments.
-
+ Can I cancel or edit a payment after I submit it?
Because ACH payments begin processing quickly, changes may not be possible after submission. If you need help, contact us as soon as possible.
-
+ What happens if my ACH payment is returned?
If your bank returns the payment (for example, due to insufficient funds or incorrect account information), your loan may become past due and fees may apply. Please verify your available account balance, routing and account numbers before submitting.
