- A buyer’s or purchase order that will provide vehicle information (year, make, model), purchase price and the 17-character Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) for the vehicle. WCCU should be listed as the lienholder on the document by the dealer
- Full insurance coverage should be provided that lists WCCU as the loss payee

- The title of the vehicle should be provided to ensure that there are no liens on the vehicle. During the approval process, a copy of the title would be sufficient. However, the actual car title is required when the loan is closed at WCCU
- If the seller has a lien on the title, a payoff of the loan securing the vehicle must be obtained from their lender
- The exact mileage on the vehicle
- Amount to be financed (including vehicle purchase price, taxes, tag, title and warranty, less any down payment)
- Full insurance coverage should be provided that lists WCCU as the loss payee
