Harold B. Yellin, J.D., Chairman
Partner, Hunter Maclean Exley and Dunn, P.C.
Mr. Yellin has been a WCCU Board member since 1994. He currently serves as the WCCU Board Chairman. He previously served on the Executive Committee and was the Loan Committee Chairman. He is a partner at the Hunter Maclean law firm, where his primary practice includes commercial real estate, commercial leasing, and land use. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina and received his JD and MBA in finance from Emory University.
Fred E. Rabhan, D.P.M., Secretary
Doctor of Podiatric Medicine, Retired
Dr. Rabhan has been a WCCU Board member since 1994. He has served on the Supervisory, Loan, and Executive Committees. He is currently serving as the Board Secretary and Chairman of the Loan Committee. He received his undergraduate degree in chemistry from Armstrong State College. He was conferred Doctor of Podiatric Medicine by the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine, where he also served his surgical residency, becoming Resident of the Year. Dr. Rabhan is very active in the Jewish community and has served as President on various boards.
Michael Kooden
General Manager, United Distributors
Mr. Kooden has been a WCCU Board member since 2015. He has served on the Audit Committee and currently serves on the Loan Committee. He previously owned Alko Distributors and is currently General Manager of United Distributors. He received his BBA from the University of Georgia. He is a past President of Bnai Brith Jacob Synagogue and Rambam Day School.
Stephen F. Greenberg, J.D.
Partner, Weiner, Shearouse, Weitz, Greenberg and Shawe, LLP
Mr. Greenberg has been a WCCU Board member since 1997. He has served on the Executive Committee and is currently Executive Committee Chairman. He is a partner in the Weiner, Shearouse, Weitz, Greenberg, and Shawe law firm. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia and his law degree from the University of Georgia School of Law. He has served on multiple boards and committees in the Savannah area.
Lloyd Goodman, M.D.
Noninvasive cardiologist and teacher
Dr. Goodman has been a WCCU Board member since 1999. He currently serves as Chairman of the Audit Committee. He is a noninvasive cardiologist and teacher at Mercer Medical School and Memorial Health University Medical Center. He received his undergraduate degree from Emory University; his MD from Albert Einstein College of Medicine and did his post-graduate training at Montefiore Hospital and Emory University affiliated hospitals. He is a past president of the Jewish Educational Alliance.
Paul J. Kulbersh, D.M.D.
Private practice periodontist, Retired
Dr. Kulbersh has been a WCCU Board member since 1999. He currently serves as a member of the Loan Committee and the Marketing Committee. He is a retired periodontist that operated a private practice in both Savannah and Hilton Head, SC. He received his undergraduate degree in chemistry from the University of Georgia. He earned his DMD from the Medical College of Georgia and did his Periodontal Residency at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry. He is active in the Jewish community and serves on several boards for non-profit organizations.
Judge Michael L. Karpf
Chief Judge of Superior Court, retired
Judge Karpf has been a WCCU Board member since 2010. He is a member of the Audit Committee and the Executive Committee. He was in the private practice of law, appointed as a Judge of the Recorder’s Court of Chatham County, and was elected as a Judge of the State Court of Chatham County. He was appointed to the Superior Courts of Georgia, Eastern Judicial Circuit by Governor Zell Miller and became Chief Judge of Superior Court until his retirement from active service in 2019. He now serves as President of the Jewish Educational Alliance.
Gale Hirsh
Real Estate Sales Agent, retired
Mrs. Hirsh has been a WCCU Board member since 2012. She currently serves on the Marketing Committee. She is a retired real estate sales agent from Konter Realty Company. She attended Hunter College of the City University of New York. She serves on multiple boards in the Jewish, educational, and real estate communities.
Frank A. Slotin, C.P.A.
Managing Partner, KRT, CPAs P.C.
Mr. Slotin joined the WCCU Board in May of 2020. He currently serves on the Audit Committee. He is a Certified Public Accountant with over 29 years of public accounting experience and previous bank audit experience. He received his BBA from the University of Georgia. He serves on several local boards and is a member of several work-related organizations. He is currently the Treasurer for the Jewish Educational Alliance.
Matthew Allan
Real Estate Broker, Keller Williams Realty
Mr. Allan joined the WCCU Board in May of 2020. He is currently serving on the Website Committee. He is a real estate broker and developer that has been active in the Savannah real estate market since 2006. Matthew holds a BS from Boston University and an MBA from Pepperdine University. He is currently President of Agudith Achim Synagogue and serves on the boards for several non-profit organizations.
Chris A. Miltiades, M.B.A.
President, Workmen’s Circle Credit Union
Mr. Miltiades has been a WCCU Board member since the year 2000. He is currently the President of Workmen’s Circle Credit Union and has been involved in the credit union industry since 1986. He received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Georgia Southern College, an MBA from Savannah State College and graduated from the Southeastern Regional Credit Union School at the University of Georgia.
