Chris A. Miltiades, President
Work Experience: Employed with Union Camp Corporation from 1983 to 1997. Three years in the Accounting Department and eleven years in the credit union as Supervisor of Financial Services. He became Manager/President of Workmen’s Circle Credit union in 1997. Since then the credit union has grown in assets from $4 million to over $46 million.
Education: He graduated from Savannah Christian Preparatory School in 1978.
Then graduated from Georgia Southern College in 1983 with a Bachelors in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. He graduated from Savannah State College with an MBA in 1987. Graduated from The Southeastern Regional Credit Union School at the University of Georgia in 1991.
Additional Certificates/Schools: Certified IRA Specialist with Ascensus IRA Services.
Civic, Professional or Social Organizations: He currently serves as a board member of the Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Savannah. He is also a member of the Coastal Empire Credit Union Chapter. Chris has served as a volunteer fireman for Isle of Hope Volunteer Fire Department since 1992.
Personal/Hobbies: Married Shari Sigman in 1988 and they have two children. Chris enjoys hunting, fishing, skeet shooting, and basketball.
Donna A. Smith, Assistant Secretary/Compliance Officer
Work Experience: Employed in the credit union industry since 1996. Employed in various accounting positions including income auditor and credit manager with the Hyatt Regency Savannah 1984 – 1996.
Education: Graduate of Saint Vincent’s Academy in 1982. Attended Armstrong State College and Savannah Technical School 1982 – 1984. Currently enrolled in the Bachelor of Business Administration program with South University.
Additional Certificates/Schools: Certified IRA Specialist with Ascensus IRA Services. Completed the NAFCU Compliance School in 2011.
Civic, Professional or Social Organizations: Member of the Tybee Island Historical Society; Member of Xi Delta Chi chapter of the Beta Sigma Phi Sorority (have held all officer positions).
Hobbies/Activities: Enjoys cycling, bowling and is an avid reader.
Jessica M. Neeley, Loan Servicing Specialist
Work Experience: Formerly an insurance agent in Seattle, Washington, Jessica started in the credit union industry with Workmen's Circle Credit Union in 2005.
Education: Graduated from Bothell High School Class of 1999. She obtained her Associate of Arts Degree from Skagit Valley College in 2001. Jessica obtained her property/casualty, life/health insurance license in 2003. She is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree from Georgia Southern University.
Civic, Professional or Social Organizations: Member of the Georgia Credit Union Marketing Council.
Hobbies/Activities: Jessica enjoys interior design, reading, couponing and spending time outside soaking up the beautiful Georgia weather.
Nikki F. Lee, Member Service Representative
Work Experience: Employed with Great Southern Federal bank from 1988-1991. Employed with Citigroup Corporation (formerly TranSouth Mortgage Corporation) in 1991 for 18 years; 14 years in the mortgage, auto & personal department, collections and recovery department. Four years in the auto division department of indirect lending.
Education: Graduated Savannah High School 1987. Attended South College taking computer courses.
Additional Education: Certificates in Fundamentals of Banking, Certified in Fair Lending Compliance, Certified in ECOA Lending. Certificates in Life and A&H Insurance and GAP Insurance.
